My Story
FROM PASSION TO PURPOSE
I didn't fall into fitness — I was called to it. Growing up, I watched people around me struggle with their health, their confidence, and their relationship with their bodies. I knew there had to be a better way: one built on education, consistency, and genuine care.
I went to school for it — attending the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida. The curriculum went deep: health and wellness, nutrition, special populations, strength and conditioning, and stretching and flexibility. It wasn't a weekend course or an online test. It was a full, hands-on education that shaped how I think about every client I work with.
I advanced through the full NPTI program and was ultimately asked to return as a teacher — instructing the next class of trainers in practical application. That experience gave me something most trainers don't have: the ability to teach not just the movement, but the why behind it.
321 Strength Lab is the result of that journey. The name says it all: 3 pillars — Discipline, Routine, and Education. 2 commitments — to you and to results. 1 mission — to make you stronger in every sense of the word.
